6 Healthy Infused Water Recipe Ideas

Infused waters are one of the latest fitness trends and we can’t get enough of them. infused waters consist of water that has been mixed or infused with different fruits and other ingredients. Bottles are available that allow you to make your own infused waters and take them with you.

Infused waters are great for the hot weather. They make a healthy alternative to fruit juices and have many health benefits with little calories. If you are trying to lose weight and are getting bored with normal water then maybe infusing your own flavoured water is just what you need.

Mango contains vitamin A which is a powerful antioxidant and also beneficial for vision. There is also vitamin B6 and other B vitamins that can help prevent brain and health disease.

A common flavoured water, apple and rosemary is a great tasting infused water for them summer days.

Melon and mint

A unique summer drink, melon and mint infused water is well worth a try. Melon is very refreshing and has a number of health benefits including for your digestion.

Orange and Cucumber

Orange will be the stronger flavour in this compared with cucumber, However this infused waters tastes great and is very refreshing in the summer. Orange is packed with vitamin C and is also a great source of dietary fiber. As well as this orange is also a good source of vitamin B and potassium.
