This post contains some of my favourite fitness quotes that I have seen. They help me get motivated and push myself further.Motivation and determination are essential to achieve a great body. there are also other ways of increasing motivation including:

  • Creating a plan – If you want to achieve your goals then create an achievable plan. This way you can track your progress and see how far you are from your target.
  • Workout with a partner – I find working out with a partner to be very motivating. You can train together and encourage each other to push further.
  • Switch up your routine – You do not have to train the same muscle on the same day each week. Try switching up your routines to incorporate different exercises and at different times.
  • Try using a pre workout – If you are struggling for energy and focus in the gym then give a pre workout supplement a try. Pre workout supplements are designed to increase your focus and explosive strength.
  • Keep committed – Once you have started to miss a workout session then it can seem easy to miss just a few more. Try keeping committed and sticking to your plan as much as possible.
  • Record your results – It can be too easy to give up after not seeing any results during a short period of time. Big results take a long time to achieve and come from little gains at a time which add up. Try taking a before photo so that you have something to compare with.
